Cam Newton is without the best rookie oh Madden. I traded Welker for Newton in my first year of my Franchise mode. The Panthers cut Welker at the end of the year, and I got him back..So it was definitely a smart decision. Now I'm on my 7th year and he is a 95 or 94 overall.
