WTF rules suck. At least in ITF rules, if you fall to the ground, you get a penalty. This way you can not strategically avoid getting countered.

@shevegen WTF rules give you a penalty for falling for no reason, and in some versions gave you an extra point for knocking down your opponent.

haha! at 3:05 and most probably 3:20 Islas goes out of the ring! no penalty! then at 3:22 and 3:24 Mohammad does two "valid" kicks, just aiming for the head and Islas only lifts his knee at 3:23 (not a valid kick) and then at 3:26 you see on the time board that Mohammad has got 3 seconds left to do a valid kick and Islas has 8! That's the way the cookie crumbles, huh?

This are new rules, i was there, the referees were hard on mexico too.

There are new rules 3points fpr head shot. 2 points fir turning (360degrees) to the body and 1 pt for regular kick to the body.

Get up on the times. The matches were not rigged. The deductions done minus a point from the player. A point gets added to the opponent.

Haha. What a joke the final round. Three deduction points for Iran and three points for a "head" kick for Mexico. I wonder how much the referees got here...
