No, it was redesigned for Sprint. Nothing major, but in my opinion losing the "chin" took away the personality of the HTC Hero. Might be because i'm a Jay Leno fan :)

I think it's a standard $20 extra per line...$128.99 for 2 phones, unlimited land-line minutes, unlimited text; web;mobile to mobile (any carrrier)...the phone itself is $179.99 with a 2 year contract and mail-in rebate, $500 otherwise

I love this phone (had it for 4 days and I am still obsessed). More cutomizable than the Iphone3GS and not as tall as the HTC HD2 (Even though that phone is awesome). Plus the Hero has a beautiful interface.

Actually, the Hero 'Pawned' the iPhone, it won 'Phone of the year' on T3 magazine in the UK, where the iPhone also contested in. So there, iPhone is not the best, fact!

Just got myself a european Hero on Orange in the UK and I love it! I had an iPod Touch before, so I was very familiar with the iPhone UI and experience, but for me the Hero blows it out of the water.

Android is fantastic, the openness and scope for customisation is really what sets it apart.

it might be just him looking at the camera screen to make sure everything he's showing is in frame. cause i noticed that when he is just plain talking, he looks directly at the camera but when he's showing something, like the phone in his hand, he looks off to the side a bit. i dunno, just my thoughts XD

I don't get this whole argument of it being old. The interface has held up over time, and now it is much faster than the previous version. It now has a camera upgrade and apps are added everyday which can add new and exciting features. I'm sorry but I can't play Rockband on any other phone.

@MAXinnovate This may not be much input, but it really all depends on your usage of the iphone, if you use it for mostly music and apps etc, and not so much calling, then maybe you could think about it, as well as if you do a lot of texting, depending on your opinion a full qwerty keyboard could be pretty nice as well along with a good data plan if you are a constant web user. Hope you at least get something good out of that.

good service is the part where i dont believe you the iphone is one of the worst phones reported for making calls im unsure cause i dont have one but reports say it drops alot of calls and just has a hard time keeping a 3G sgnal

yeah i have an iphone 3g and it drops so many calls. it is crazy. but it is worth it to have everything an iphone offers. 3g coverage in my area (philadelphia) is good

Mine doesn't have that problem so I don't know what the hell you're talking about. How the hell does it auto dial if it doesn't have any keys to do so? It has a capacitive touch screen which means it requires direct skin contact to do so.

Did you try putting the phone in your pocket with the screen pointing away from your body?
