  • Jai Shree Ram

    This Song Is Very Nice

    Lord Rama Surely Like It...

  • JAI SHHRI RAM

  • very nice bhajan

    bohot achha hai

    bahuj saru chhe

    bahu bhallo achhi

  • I think this this is the most spiritual bhajan of meera which really touches my heart.Meera is really great.

  • Love it but I just wanna mention that this Meera bhajan is dedicated to Lord Krishna....... I can't stop listening to it.

  • @PunjabiKudiUK Krishna and Ram are the same.

  • Very good morning Bhajan

  • bizarre part of my life, though i dont believe in God but i really love devotional songs,, may be they r sung by people having good voice,, or due to my family background,,

  • @MrAnandtrivedi maybe it's because you can be a hindu without believing in God (in the Abrahamic sense).

  • @MrAnandtrivedi - I think what you mean to say is that you don't believe in a personal God. Or you don't believe in a non-empirical force governing your life. fair enough, but every individual has a dormant inclination towards a 'higher power'. Call It God or whatever. With reasoning one comes to the conclusion that God has, is and forever will exist and that we are always connected to Him and not detached from Him. We must simply experience this every moment. My two cents.

  • @MrAnandtrivedi Well devotional songs are always better than other songs. They appear peaceful due to the inherent devotion, devotion is directly related with inner soul or consciousness. You might love devotional songs because its reaching to your inner soul, you may not believe in God because your mind look for the objective proofs as in science. Since spirituality is subjective it can't be proved in objective way where you can measure something.

  • This lady is none other than Anuradha Paudwaal. :)

  • This lady's voice is so soothing when singing bhajans! Jai Ram ji ki !!

  • hareram hare krishan

  • there is no measurement to measure the extent of spirituality of the bhajan. the moment there comes the name of prbhu ram all the debates are over. he is really the jewel of jewels. great are those who understood importance of the divine name. prem se bolo awadhpati raja ram chandra ki jai.

  • Very very Beautiful

  • Hare Ram!

  • very refreshing and soul soothing thnx for uploading

  • I think tag "anuradha paudwal" is inappropriate. I will correct if wrong.

  • i want toknow the meaning

  • @pkmuralik it means "I received the precious jewel of Ram's name ... which is a wealth that does not erode by distributing or with time ... just keeps growing each day"

  • Wonderful bhajan sang from heart. It shows the meaning of relationship between devotee and disciple. Wonderful :) Thanks for posting it here

  • Hi Ashudeewani25. A disciple is someone who has understood what's Truth and is now walking on the path of spirituality with the guide of his Guru. Sooner or later the former would become a devotee. To my viewpt it is the relationship of disciple/devotee and Guru/God that the song means.

Why Guru?because he is a mirror that reflects Truth/God.

  • meerabai was a krishna bhakt

  • beautiful.. :-)

  • was this written by meera bai?

  • This bhajan was indeed written by Meerabhai , but the original title says " nam ratan " instead of " ram ratan " .

Indeed the last verse says " mīrā ke prabhu giridhara nāgara " , where Meera is mentioned , and also " Giridhara " , which is a name of Krishna .

So it is originally a Krishna bhajan .

But that doesn´t mean that I can not enjoy it as a Rama bhajan , or as a somewhat " mixed bhajan " .
