Attack Vs Strength (READ DESCRIPTION!)

Attack makes you less likely to hit a 0 and always hit. Strength makes you give a higher average hit and a higher max hit but doesn't improve the likely hood to give a hit and not a 0............

attack and strength are both great, but with attack, u need decent strength, usually 99 attack would own 99 strength
