It is 1.25" actually a 3/4 and a 1/2 layed up together so when you machine down the centre and the rails to 3/4 you have an unpitted factory surface

what is the thickness of the MDF you used in this door

1 1/4" commonly laminate a 1/2 sheet to a 3/4 sheet leaving the factory surface of the 3/4 on the rails
