I am Kazakh and from Kazakhstan. I was looking for a nice traditional Kazakh dance and eventually found this video. I think this is the best Kazakh female dance on Youtube ever with a great music. I am in love and my eyes are in tears. She is truly a professional dancer. She put so much soul in this dance. Great performance. She should do some touring in Kazakhstan and perform. Uighur girl dancing Kazakh dance is ok, at least close ethnic group. I saw Chinese Dancer dancing Kazakh and Uighur dancing, as CHinese authorities try to present the culture of muslim Xinjiang as variations of CHinese culture.

She is The most famous Uyghur dancer Dilnar Abdulla and I saw her in person in Urumqi. If you can read Chinese, the title also gives her name. But I am not sure if this Kazak dance is mixed with Uyghur dance or not, I do not see there is Uyghur dance moves. Anyway, she is a talented Uyghur dancer who is excelled in more 10 different ethnic group dances. She also won a International Golden Cup in 2004. I love her every single dance including this one. it is not real kazah dance. Yeah, there are some elements of kazah dance but totally face body motion are far cry from kazah dance. In kazah dance  dancer never show such a big emotion and eye tease. Even body movement is totally different. She just moves her hand, fingers, but not shoulders and head

Yes, shoulders and face movements are not kazakh. Kazakh girls do not explicitly "tease" with their faces, in dances they should smile but not make too much "play with face, eyes..". Like japanese in some way, she used uygur style of "face dancing"
