hi - hope the hols were good - can you tell me if you can snorkel from the beach and also do you know anything about the scuba diving - is that from the beach - & how about windsurfers , are there many out there?

its not advised to walk out through the sea grass due to sea snakes although i did everyday with my daughter time it at high tide you can swim over the grass. scuba diving from the beach my daughter did a basic coarse there the facilities there are excellent and obviously the red sea is one of the best places to go. good snorkleing of the piers. i didnt see any windsurfers although there were kite surfers about 3/4 mile to the left as you approach the beach.

oiiii ive just got bk from this place bout 2 weeks ago.... the people that work there are amazing.... deres a towl boy called mohamed he chucks everyone in the pool... kaarem works at the quiet pool pool bar he is actually a legand... the workers there were actually JOKES they made my holiday..... dan edwards 18 from essex

If anyone is planning to go anywhere (Quads, trip to cairo or camel ride) go and talk to guy called ADAM he has a travel center in town and always has the best prices. I ordered 1 hour camel ride from him and got 2 hours extra! Also he arranged a trip to cairo for 3 people including me for 2 days and we visited way more places than I would by arranging this trip through hotel, also got it a lot cheaper.Seriously if planning any trips around egypt do it only through ADAM! I will go again soon :-)

Well we have done Costa Dorada, Majorca, Cyprus and Crete. This year we have booked this hotel. The reviews look very impressive.

I don't understand how people return to the same place year after year, I always find the price zooms up, so you are forced to choose differently. Glad though, as there is a whole world out there to discover.
