Hmm how did you get it to where you don't need to put any tissue on the fingers and they still are allowed to show?? Cause I need to cover everything up but when I get to the fingers it just makes the hand a ball

@GretschDstickSmoke You can hit "A" to preview what it looks, from there you can click "makepolymesh3d"

or something like that, or when you have done with the Zsketch go to unified skin, make unified skin.
