Beats are definately of God man. Sometimes lyrics aren't always the way to go, the music itself opens people up to just listen. We know God can do anything, it's these times when God ministers TO us. It's good to be still and know that He is God. Nobody is confused, some people just don't yet know the God we know. Problem is that they take beats from the secular artist, being a christian rapper is not bad, but it shows that they still listen to the former music and the renewal is not in them. Listen to the first song the beat says lucifer, hes my king, hes my father. We must reach them with a Christians originality, being a Disciple of Christ is much more than what the world portrays.
You are focusing on the problem and not the solution. When Jesus healed, and people past and present have healed in Jesus' name, they were not focused on what needed healing or the person. Just GOD. If you praise, trust, believe, obey and honor God in what is being done His grace works in you. Focus on Jesus, pray to Jesus, praise Jesus and don't look at what the problem is, it's not for us to worry about. Surrender everything to him and all that is good will come to pass. Victory is already won

You do not understand many of these rappers claim to be saved for a long time, but make songs in the same format as the previous artists and shows that they have still yet to give up all for Christ. I do NOT agree with anyone who states that the secular beats are of the enemy. Who's to say that God didnt intend those "beats" to be used to His edification and the enemy stole 'em, jus like he stole everything else! Yall give the Devil too much credit!!!! Your comparing it to 3-6 mafia, its not even their hook, they didn't even make up that hook, its from an old song back in the day that says the exact same hook, So if your saying it says lucifer it has nothing to do with 3-6 mafia your saying the old song who originated that hook is about the devil. No one is accusing the original people but 3-6 mafia who didn't even make it.

Listen to "Willie Hutch - Tell Me Why Has Our Love Turned Cold" thats the original hook, tell me that says lucifer then your gonna say he worships the devil? 3-6 mafia took thier hook into thier own song, and just cause thier name is 3-6 mafia people assume lucifer, if 3-6 mafia never did the hook no one would be talking about this at all. Three 6 mafia (aka 666 mafia)is a group that bluntly denounces Christ and his exsistance. Me personality as a christian I do not nor will I ever support anyone who blatenly curses the God that I serve. I've actually done research on them and read some of the lyrics to their songs. Look up "Stay Sleep" by 3-6 Mafia for example, interesting title aint it. Just something to think about that's all.

@BJrellz Lyrics is what really make a song positive or negative; spiritual or secular. If you take an old religious hymn and change the hook to lyrics that are contrary to the word of God, you wouldn't call it Gospel.
Many people who wouldn't otherwise be reached will be captivated by Gospel rap and find God. It's not for everyone, but I am convinced that God is using it to reach many who would otherwise be lost.

Beats are definately of God man. Sometimes lyrics aren't always the way to go, the music itself opens people up to just listen. We know God can do anything, it's these times when God ministers TO us. It's good to be still and know that He is God. Nobody is confused, some people just don't yet know the God we know. Jesus CAN be lifted in any genre no matter how unusual, it's Gods' grace 'through' us, so just let God do the work. He's the one who created the world. He's got this covered too. WWJD

Problem is that they take beats from the secular artist, being a christian rapper is not bad, but it shows that they still listen to the former music and the renewal is not in them. Listen to the first song the beat says lucifer, hes my king, hes my father. We must reach them with a Christians originality, being a Disciple of Christ is much more than what the world portrays.

You are focusing on the problem and not the solution. When Jesus healed, and people past and present have healed in Jesus' name, they were not focused on what needed healing or the person. Just GOD. If you praise, trust, believe, obey and honor God in what is being done His grace works in you. Focus on Jesus, pray to Jesus, praise Jesus and don't look at what the problem is, it's not for us to worry about. Surrender everything to him and all that is good will come to pass. No sir the problem is sanctification. You do not understand many of these rappers claim to be saved for a long time, but make songs in the same format as the previous artists and shows that they have still yet to give up all for Christ. Please the victory is won, but Disciples don't walk in it. You preach a soft Gospel, but Christians need to address the problem that is from within.

All you've done is re-itterate on a problem. That's a stronghold, how about giving that to Jesus? I preach a soft gospel? you may as well have just told God that yourself and not me.
