@stunta69 you don´t need a kit for it, jus buy the front end with the brakets and install it and fit perfect, i just did my, with the 2001 calipers and rotors

base model vette, as far as i can tell headers, exhaust, maybe gears, tuned, shift points def adjusted, not to bad im guessin in the 300hp-350hp range...just my guess i have a trans am myself its a little bit quicker in the 30-100 though an im only pushin 341 so im guessin low 13's to high 12's for the 1/4m time that vette ive seen run from 12.8-14.5's depending on drivers :)

I Have a 1994 Pontiac Firebird (old green color) with a V6. And my car did not have that air filter he had on his under the front of the hood WTF. And how much time/money would it cost me to buy and install an LS1 in my car???

i thought about doing the same w my 96 v6.... it would b cheaper just to buy a TA... cause u gotta drop in the engine, rebuild or install better tranny, and rear end... its around the same money, but less time to just buy a v8... im thinking about maybe beefin up my v6,,,, like doin engine internals n tht kinda stuff

very nice. just curious.... preferences... a 25th anniv. T/A or 20th aniv. T/A GTA.... I have heard so many debates on those 2 STOCK models on who likes what better. I love both, but I only own a stock 20th aniv. 89 GTA. Never had a chance to drive a 25th anniv. stock T/A. But I know the stock GTA's are scalded dogs on a highway if you push them. I'm sure the 25th are too. I kinda like the older body style GTA, but both are beautiful cars. Thank God for Smokey & The Bandit.

Dude u inspire me.! i also own a 87 Gta T/A and a 89 firebird. since the T/a was fallin apart i took everything and added it to the Firebird..right now its at 235hp..i did test the lb torque but stock its 255lb,1/4 in 13.94with a 170hp!
