alright i guess i mean at the level most people play serves don't really matter though a good serve can set you up for a smash but this by the looks the ball had a fair amount of back spin so you couldn't. still nice serve i love side/backspin serves. it throws many people off.

at a world class level, no matter how tricky your serve is it can be returned pretty easily anyways so theres no need to risk it doing tricky serves when all you've got to do is get the ball low over the net.

It's perfect for left-handed players but I'm right-handed and I can do it very well. It isn't as hard as it looks so if you want to learn it 2 days are enough.

It will be because of his blade. The rubbers, speed of wrist movement and where he strikes the ball will have a big effect too.

schlager is a great server.. but his serves aren't that difficult to counter against. but for boll he almost forces you to give him a hand to attack.. check ma lin's serves or waldner's serves.. now those are amazing

Whether or not Schlager's individual serves have more or less effect on them than others like Ma Lin is debatable but there is no question that Schlager's total service game is second only to Waldner or ol' Guoliang himself.

Boll's serves might have alot on them, but they are relatively easy to read, and don't contain any really subtle disguise.

im doing it in a diffrent way to so it has massive maount of side spin.
