@MeMrecious Thank you for directing me to this video - I've not seen it before and it is very interesting. Look at 8.38 and you'll notice NO elbow in the photograph. Immediately afterwards, you'll see Gerry's elbow in the photo. This is because it was doctored. This is the photo that was released 3 weeks after the 'disappearance'. They went to great lengths to pretend Madeleine was still alive that afternoon.
@Lizaplenty - Yes, I read somewhere that this very photo was fake. They oint to the fact that the shaddows on the kid face do not correspond to the shadows on the rest of the people in the photo.

I said the beach, not the ocean. Sharks can't dig up the beach. The cadaver scent in the rental car and on Kates clotes shows they moved her at least 5 weeks later. @MeMrecious Thank you for directing me to this video - I've not seen it before and it is very interesting. Look at 8.38 and you'll notice NO elbow in the photograph. Immediately afterwards, you'll see Gerry's elbow in the photo. This is because it was doctored. This is the photo that was released 3 weeks after the 'disappearance'. They went to great lengths to pretend Madeleine was still alive that afternoon.

I said the beach, not the ocean. Sharks can't dig up the beach. The cadaver scent in the rental car and on Kates clotes shows they moved her at least 5 weeks later. Kate explained the scent of a cadaver on her clothing as coming from her pracice as a doctor (she had contact with several dead bodies a week, she said) but she worked 2 days a week in a rural clinical practice where she would have had no contact with cadavers. Indeed she had been off sick for months due to psychiatric issues.

She did die. The cadaver dogs found cadaver odour behind the couch where they found blood that was a very close match for her. They found the same cadaver smell in the wardrobe in the bedroom, in the hire care from weeks after she was dead. They found blood in that car that was a close match. They found cadaver odour on cuddle cat, Kates clothes and the rental car key. There was no break in at the flat. The witness were exposed as liars. Kate would not answer 48 questions etc etc

The two dogs had two specific and proven skills. One sniffed for the blood of a secific target and the other sniffed for cadavers. The blood dog found her blood behind the sofa and traces in the trunk of the car the McCanns rented 5 weeks after she disappeared. The cadaver dog found a scent behind the sofa, a stronger one in the wardrobe of her bedroom, in the rented car trunk, on the car keys, on 'cuddle cat' and on two of Mrs McCanns clothes items. These dogs have never been wrong.

No, the blood the sniffed was Madelines. That is definite: behind the sofa where she died and in the trunk of the car the McCanns rented 5 weeks after she died. The McCanns would not answer 40 questions the police asked them including why they had cleaned behind the sofa with chemicals. The DNA in the car trunk was not the type accepted as yet in court but it was 99% proved as Madelines. She died behind the sofa and the McCanns covered it up to hide their neglect but why did the government?

The McCann's never searched for Madeleine.
They only said so now, because they knew that the cook was going to talk.
The plan was to make us believe the abductor was stalking them and although everything was locked -as the relatives had said- "they 've taken her".
It was not just one abductor.

Yes, professor, I made a mistake: what the article says is that one can never get 100% match. In paternity cases it's usually necessary 99.99%. It doesn't really specify the percentage found in this specific case.

that is correct, they do beleive that maddy died in the apartment,they beleive the genetic profile is FRIGHTENING close to maddies, but in a court would not stand up, but many beleive the proof is sufficient as the blood in the car and appartment are a perfect match

Yes, the match is said to be 99.99% - that's the problem with statistcs: there is a 0.01% of uncertainty! But I ask: is this uncertainty capable of raising a "reasonable" doubt? IMHO, that would be 'unreasonable doubt'!
Even Newton's law are challenged by Einstein's theory of relativity - but they are still valid!

I've just watched a video by Apdeites entitled "McCanns 1 ano depois" where they expose their logic:
a)children don't wake up at night unless disturbed by a stranger in their bedroom
b)if they wake up and cry, they go immediately back to sleep (even if they see the stranger)
c)thus, the reason for Madeleine crying the night before(no mention of the twin crying): the 'abductor' was there!
d)kidnapper postponed the did to next day, knowing the parents would leave the kids alone again.

I've read some bad news on Correio da Manha: it says the PJ have evidence of Madeleine's death - most investigators consider it enough to charge the parents but others argue that without the corpse or a confession, doubts could be raised by a skillful lawyer in a court of law.
