myth... I was 5 when I saw myth 2 for the first time... lol, I played myth 2, myth 3... BUT WHEN WILL THEY DO A MYTH 4, A DUNGEON KEEPER 3, AND WHEN WILL CALL OF DUTY GET BACK TO WWII ????!!!! (the 1st, and the 2nd were the best, weren't they ?)
My interpretation is a blonde, strong-builded warrior-king in command of battle-hardened veterans, who can kill with only word, and their war song is so loud it can crush city walls. They are coming, and they are unstoppable. Peasantry begging for mercy, being slain to the last man and wolfs crying in moonlight, after bloody feast on the battlefield. This is meaning of this song ]:->
Too bad this was the worst game of the Myth Trilogy. . . If they would've taken the time to build a solid game around the GREAT STORYLINE that was already there. . . This game could've potentially topped both of it's predecessors, The Fallen Lords and Soulblighter.
See, that's what I don't really understand about the fan reaction. I loved the first two, but I don't really understand why the third game was so poorly received. Yes, the plot was alittle out of synch, but the game and storytelling itself was of the same top-notch quality.
@harlequin2262 u know even third part is good... some misunderstands in story are not so important and generally i received that game well. well i am not a type of Marius net fan but i still say that "Game was made by story not story by the game" like in warcraft universe.
I see a general on top a misty hill overlooking a battlefield that recently took place with thousands of dead soldiers. He observes scattered groups of survivors from both sides searching the dead for loot. The screams of horror echo across the field with cries of help and mercy from wounded warriors.
I believe this is to signify a sad and sorrowful age where the men of Gower are being hunted. Although it still has some ancient defiance in it, heralding that the people of Gower still have some fight in them.
I really like the tune to this song. However it really only comes out with the flowing fluency of the Highland bagpipes. The Bagpipes are actually my favorite instrument, so I was delighted to find them in my favorite Real-Time Strategy production. Very epic and mythical feeling to it, elevating in an abstract sort of sense. Great piece, the Dirge of Gower... Love to listen to it as I write. Good to inspire lots of different moods, versatile in a useful manner. Bravado, thank you so much for it!
This is great material for film.

The field flows red with blood and tears.
