we were not even like middle class in ethiopia, my family wouldn't eat injera like that because it suppose to be way better than the one they show. i think they use rice or corn or something. why don't they buy white teff?

Should use fingerbowls for cleaning hands, seems no restaurants do that anymore, but a nice custom to keep your hands clean.

use soap and water before and soap and water after you eat to wash your hands. Use you right hand only, do not stick your touge out when you put the food in your mouth, Do not cut Injera from somebody's side, chew with your mouth closed and never make that chew sound, do not fill you mouth too much, do not prepare a bite until you swallowed what's in your mouth, most of all do not leave until everyone is ready to.

@fhunde123 I'm a creole, mixed white and black and I love ethiopians because they look a bit like us (the straight hair ones) and are proud to be African and have a great history fighting against whites. I hate Somalians, because they are skinny and ugly and have ugly Arab features. I also used Ethiopia a lot to argue about the greatness of blacks against white racists. OMg she should have told u to wash your hands with soap and water before and after u eat. We never use wet towel. im confused why they gave u wet towel.
