Yeah, I got rid of it I wasn't really sure which software to choose, so I used 2 of them.
(This one isn't one, I just checked to see if Norton would fix it)
I did a regular scan with Norton, which didn't do much good, as it told me stuff I already know.
First: There are many software out there that will claim to fix this stuff, but it always requires you to buy the full version or else you can only use the trial to find fake viruses put in there intentionally.
Some software will purposely put fake viruses into your computer to make it look legitimate; don't fall for those. The only one I really use, and would recommend the most, would be Malwarebytes; it's free, simple to use, and does what you want it to do.
Second: Go to the start menu and on the first breakdown there should be a few things listed like All Programs and My Documents, there should also be something called 'Run...'.

Leaving off from the previous post ~_~

Once again ( : ^--] )
If you don't see it, then simply hold down the 'Windows Key' and push 'R', it'll pop up.
Type in mrt.exe and push enter. If you have Vista (-.-') it might ask you for permission to run the program, just push Continue.
What pops up is the built-in 'Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool', works really good.
Run a full scan (also a full scan with malware if you didn't) and wait for it to finish, then clear up what ever it finds.
Hope this helps! =D
