I was hoping Under the Dome would be alot like The Stand. I just finished Duma Key and I was looking forward to trying some of his other more recent stuff. I think Stephen King is one of those very few writers that I can stick with for a 1000 pages plus, and I think alot of it has to do with the fantastic job he generally does with characterization.
Jane Austen meets zombies. Just wow. I saw that the other day on amazon and it made me laugh.
I have under the dome but I dnt think im gunna like it because I already hadda put down insomnia n bag of bones cuzz they were both so boring. Hunger games was great tho!

I thought the ending was okay. I mean, how do you end a book that long and that complex anyone other way than everyone dies? Kinda saw that coming. Most of it was just character plot, not a lot going on, so yea, really boring. :P
Guess I'll give under the dome another go then see how it goes

The ending of Under the Dome was ridiculous! I hated it!
The book is sooooooooo good but the ending is pattetic. I almost threw it away from my window.
