Dirtie Gertie and the like are all old Bingo Phrases for numbers, hence numbers pop up when he says various things... some of them he makes up, but classics are things like "two fat ladies - 66" "two little ducks - 22" "legs 11" "dirty gertie - 30", "key to the door - 21" "coming of age - 18" "naughty forty" etc.

In the newer commercials, Foxy is now CGI headded. Do a search for the Comic Relief Foxy Bingo ad.

I know that Majestic Bingo in Great Yarmouth still uses names with numbers. Two little ducks '22'; Droopy-Drawers '44; 11 'Lovely legs'; 59 'The Brighton Line'; 9 'Doctors Orders', 13 'Unlucky for Some', etc
