Plyometrics does help build muscles. Take a look at a gymnast, they have some nice muscles and that comes from jumping and holding up their body weight. You won't look like a bulky bodybuilder , but you can get in great shape without ever touching a dumbell or barbell.
doing endurance exercises means you build up lactic acid wich mean that carnosine levels will drop to zero and cortisol will increase wich means zero musclebuilding practicly.

Hold it. Bigger muscles isn't the only way for strength training. Genetically speaking, people like me get denser muscles, that are defined, but not monster-ishly huge. I can lift heavier weights (60 lbs.) with repetition (about 50 reps each arm)
pushups are just as easy as any work out....you just have to build up to the difficult workouts.....i started doing pushups a while ago and at first i could only do a couple at a time and now i can do almost 50 at a time...its all about patience with the workout and consistency
Being a "host" doesn't mean you have to obtain an advanced degree in your field. As long as she is passionate about the subject matter, and has people behind her (nutritionist, Ph.D's) who perhaps are not the best on camera, she can still help deliver a clear message in a pleasing package.

I am middle of the road with this comment. I completely agree with you about good form and the importance of it, but at the same time, I find it hard to bash her after looking at her compared to 80% of the population when I leave my home. If only more people were as passionate as she was.

Pretty good vid, but that guy has some skinny as legs. He should start doing some leg exercises as opposed to just working his upper body.
