  • Kinda... cool... not really lethal imo (ur swings). No damn chance that thing is anywhere near 60 pounds lol don't be foolish.

  • wow ur pretty skilled with that claymore. that stuff isn't exactly easy to do

  • hehehe fat jedi kid made a diet and is rich XD

  • Shame you mentioned Braveheart. The worst medieval set film ever.

  • the virginity in this one is strong darth sith

  • I think he bought this from Vision Forum.

  • i have a hell of a nice sword and i train like this for fun. But i train with club bell and solid steel bars too.

  • Do you have any idea how heavy 62lbs is? Here's a hint; most people would have some trouble just lifting it, let alone swing it to any useful capacity without knocking their asses over.

The biggest of the biggest usable swords were about 6lbs, tops. Most 'normal' big swords are between 4-5. The more usual single-handed or hand-and-half swords are usually under 3lbs.

  • That tshirt... those jorts.... it all makes sense.

  • Seems dangerous to do something like that.

  • demon soul and dark soul weapon swing are too pussy slow

  • i have never seen a claymore swung like that, its rly neat

  • Um that sword weights no more than 10lbs and most likely since its from brave heart its a 440 replica. The gentleman who said it was 6.2 is probably correct.Anime swords are not real swords. Also watch your footwork even in a simple spin you are entirely to rigid and its obvious you are having trouble keeping your balance.

  • o.o

    62 pounds? Really?

Correct that to 6.2 pounds and I might believe you. MIGHT believe you if it's like, made entirely of iron. And it's not.

Pretty techniques are pretty, pretty techniques are not effective >:

  • Nice spin... shit like that takes balls . one little mishap and you could very well chop off your own head

  • it cant weigh more than 10 pounds. i spent a summer learning how to smith these swords

  • @yomamallama1022 It's true. I've learned to wield these, and it's not that heavy. It's need more endurance and balance than muscle actually

  • 62 pounds? GTFO and use the fu***** metric system!

  • A real claymore is nowhere near 10 pounds though. More like 6. I'm not aware of any sword that would weight 10 pounds.

  • @Ranziel1 im assuming he was being sarcastic, even if that sword was solid lead it wouldnt weigh 62 pounds.

  • alright man. i gotta say ive seen and dealt with long swords so please PLEASE tell me u just did that for flash. the weight of a true longsword and the technique would NEVER call for that windmill x pattern or switching to a back hand slash. if u were using it that way in reality you'd hit something and lose grip of the handle real quick. use both hands for safety unless transferring and use broad stroke techniques and heavy yet precise swings. that fancy shit is kinda unnecessary and dangerous.

  • @xShadowDarkX I was just about to say the same things. These are techniques you'd never use in a fight.

  • @hitthatperfectbeat in the first few seconds he had a good technique with a nice overhead swing or otherwise a dismount move used to slice enemies on horseback but after that.. the x chop, the back hand, the ONE hand would never work because you lose grip and unless u can comfortably swing up to 10lbs. like it was a wiffle bat then it'll pop right out of your hands when it connects with something. i think he thought u could use katana moves on it bt even then u almost never drop your second hand

  • you look like a bit of a fairy when ur spinning about lol nice sword tho :)

  • he is very good at flourishing his blade. leaves a bit of lacking leg defense, but that is only if you were in actual battle, this is a presentation of skill.

  • Ehhh no kidding? A claymore is not made for spining like that, this video is pretty ass

  • Ignore the troll Sapatros. He'll keep adding unintelligent comments till you ignore him. I think the video is great. @firelord3377,you can't even type. firelord3377, it's a fan showing of his sword. I don't think he ever claimed he was a professional at using a sword. Just look at all the typos firelord3377 made.@firelord3377, You ARE a troll! lol Keep up the good work Sapatros! I'm personally looking to get a real claymore sword like in the anime CLAYMORE. I wont respond to trolls either.

  • @animeron thankss! finally a good comment

  • @Sapatros, keep up the good work bro! I think we all know anything less than absolute perfection and mastery would garner mostly postive comments, hell, even then you'd have armchair warriors saying "derp-clearly untrained-derp!" or "haha! you look gey! gey gey gey! you fagert! derp!" etc. etc. The point is, none of them could come within 3 feet of you if you did that spin. Question: Do you have a real Claymore that could be considered battle-ready? (if so, where do you get your stuff?

  • @animeron good comment. about CLAYMORE. it is kinda impossible to handle since its too heavy.

  • @animeron

How can you have a REAL claymore sword from anime?

  • spin it the right way. learn how its been done!!!!! not only wave this sword like a fly killer

  • @firelord3377 Wow, this guy must be a qualified professional at sword handling! He always criticizes others without any prior knowledge to sword handling what so ever! Everyone knows that 'skilled' swordsmen don't need any knowledge of swords. After all, Naruto is the only 'accurate' source of knowledge this guy needs!

  • @firelord3377 you know nothing. spin it how you want to, any master of any blade will tell you after their training course to make your blade an extension of your arm. spin it and use it however feels most naturally, fluid and powerful based on your stance and fighting form.

  • are u an russian how s living in america???

  • nice

  • if u want to see some real sword fighters, no rubber swinger, look for this you tube members: TheRealGladiatores‬‎

there u can see some good people, leading swords. not a wannabee! please excuse my words, but here in u tube is so much shit, of people the mean, to be cool and handel some things right!

  • take down this "hollywood sun glasses"! i a real combat, ur dying in the first 2 seconds. if u standing infront of a noob, hows trained 10 ours of real sword fighting!

  • @firelord3377 does it say how to sword fight or im showing off my fighting skills? chill

  • @Sapatros i dont understand what u want to telling me with this words. my english is not so good. german? in such moves like there on the video, there are a lot of knowledge to see. knowledge of leading a sword. the position of the midleline of the body, the angle of the blade while he is doing his strikes and so on. this is just a video to show cool some body could be with out any knowledge about a art. if some one will be handeld like a clown, he should wear a red nose, not a claymore sword.

  • sorry but such videos, makes me sick. if he want to do this for fun, then show it. but he wants to be cool. coolnes needs a basement where it is builded of. the title "claymore spin" means to me like: "oh look, i am a dangerous man, i know how a sword is to be spined! i can do it like the gay conan." look at me, look at me, look at me. i m so cool. that is what i see in such videos. pure dullness. take a look at his 2 swords video. this is much more direfull like this ugly "new conan" video

  • this video shows me, that the actor couldnt do anything right. he didnt hit the watter, while piss out of a boat in the midle of a river. a art should be at a artist, and a clown should be at a circus.

  • @Sapatros

yes it does. no body hows clean in the head makes such a video, without any other aspect of fun! this is not the only one video of swinging swords from this man. in a other video, he tolds "look what i have been learned". this is the key! the key to the reason of such horrible shit. this videos are made because he is telling everybody at the kindergarden, that he knows the secret skills of sword fighting. if u want to see it, look at youtube. only an american!

  • @firelord3377...im not trying to be cool i was spinning a sword, NOT SWORD FIGHTING, relax.

  • lay ur weight always forward! if u have too counterfied a heavy attack, u will fall down to ground. 2. the tip of the blade is always stoped or turned in a nother attack in ur centerline! not to swing like a brush! if u make spinning moves, u have to move ur centerline out of the line of ur enemy. make simple moves, make powerfull moves, and it will looks better a houndret times. if u lead a sword, ur body position is such like it is in boxing. tough stand and always ready for max power.

  • LOL cool spins but that sword is not 62 pounds, that blade is clearly stainless steel, not high carbon steel. Battle ready claymores weighed no more than 10 pounds tops. Trust me I collect them.
