i can see how having the answers stored inside a flash drive can be very useful to be able to easily swap out answer files.
but if i didn't want or care for that, how would i do it without needing the answer file in a flash drive, and just need to stick a dvd in the drive. would i just put the answer file inside the root of the iso image?

in my opinion the freeze after the 1st boot without removing the USB-stick could be fixed by setting the boot order to:
CD-ROM
+Hard Drive
+Removeable Devices
Network Boot ...
