It is a rocket launch of some kind with a stage separation at 0:47,

Looks like the 2nd stage failed to ignite and probably just fell back to earth.

@UFOBevy at 0:47 the smaler object had the same speed after separation. So i don't think something fell back to earth. The Question is: It is a official start or not?

@BarCash333 i have to agree with UFOBevy, its a rocket and looks like the second stage didnt ignite, look up minotaur rocket which looks similar to this.
