Hi looks good . I found when making my wood blades the fiberglass resin cracked when the blades flexed and let water in. I found a good marine spar varnish worked better does not crack when the blades flex, and also has a UV inhibitor. I enjoy watching your projects.

@Aceman307, thanks for the tip, i will try it. i made 4 props and are working fine at max of 600rpm.

i was not happy with the quality of this video. maybe i should make a more detailed video of prop making in the future.
