In my opinion, the interviewer did very well, he was very passive, he let SVD speak out his mind and wasnt cutting him off.. i see that in interviews alot, where the person is saying something and is constantly interrupted by the interviewer. Could have been more enthusiastic, but hey, If i have SVD in front of me, i'll be lucky to get at least one word out of me.
