Barack Obama is the first president in living memory to speak, unscripted, with the opposing party and field their questions, ad lib. Yes, he uses a teleprompter when giving prepared speeches. As has every president since they were invented, including, of course, Bush, Bush, and Reagan. The ones before that read from notes. Do you teabaggers even bother to think logically at all?
