Jamaicans, have you ever seen a funeral procession held in New Orleans or a "secondline" parade (which is held on any given sunday)? It is like nothing you've ever saw before! check out some of the videos of funerals in N.O. especially the ones for jazz musicians ("dance on top of his casket" is one) and secondline funeral parades. Our (New Orleans) parades and funerals are unique and nowhere else in America can you see funerals performed like ours. Also, "Lady buckjumpers secondline parade".
@jrmetmoi check out the video, "they danced atop his casket" and see for yourself. This is the way we do it (not always) in New Orleans. Keep in mind that New Orleans is considered America's most unique city (google it)!
