@Bidon45 u probably use fraps. Programs that are used for record vg do more fraps per second, which take a lot of memory. Try using camtasia.

@Bidon45 for speed painting you record with lower framerate to save space. say you want to show it in 2x speed you record at 12frames per second. 24 is the standard rate. when you then encode and compress the video for upload you make it 24 and all is good. Well, should be. Haven't done video work for ages. Also, the brushes in open canvas are amazing.

@SignedWithAnEcks Open canvas is no longer maintained and I hade to give up using it once I got Vista installed... (I don't know about win7, though).

Now I use SAI Paint Tool which is really great, and very similar to OC. It's pretty cheap, about 40$ only...
