I wanted to ask you since you are using these transistors, how are they performing 6months + down the road? Have you run into any issues after they have been in service for an extended duration?

@stresstest The radio that is featured in this video still has the transistor fitted (installed 5 months ago) and is used by the owner nearly every day and he tells me it works fine, also i have had no issues with them and so far i have supplied 100's of these devices to engineers all over Europe and even the United States and i have had no adverse reports back, i also have 2SC2166/2SC2312 made by the same company and have had no issues with those either.

This transistor replaces original Mitsubishi 2SC1969 which is obsolete.

If your transceiver uses the Mitsubishi 2SC1969 then this transistor will replace it.

This transistor "CB-20W" is not made by Mitsubishi, this transistor replaces it.

Mitsubishi have not made the 2sc1969 for years it is obsolete.
