Depending on the model you actually will. it's hard to get deinterlaced footage on it. it's alright but i suggest something else man

Stop right there! Haha, but seriously if you use Jes De-interlacer, it de-interlaces it for you. Free, and easy to use. Not sure if its for windows, 'cuz I use Macs.
