The ONLY correct way to handle a rifle is to brace w/shoulders, for support it with the hips. If people are pointing firearms at you, do not play ninja.

One thing to remember is to not put your hands up, you have to catch them completely off guard, strike them fast as many times as possible and focus on gaining control of that weapon, that is how these techniques work. Check out Krav Maga, there are a lot of disarming techniques that involve taking away guns.

Yes, firing the gun upside down is going to be very inaccurate and jam, second, this guy doesn't have any "special ninja police army" training, he knows Tae Kwon Do, that's it. Another thing is this technique only works if you're assailant isn't paying attention.
