This song still has that timeless early 60's 'eurochic' style which I just can't stop loving. Fran Jeffries sang this song in The Pink Panther in 1963 when I was just 1 year old. I'm 50 this month !! Let's hope they think she sounds as special in another 49 years time...

My parents introduced me to this film when I was 5 years old

Movie was awesome but I never saw the point of the random dance number in the middle of the movie. Only thing I could think of was the director wanted to get a really catchy song stuck in our heads.

This is the ultimate Pink Panther movie. It's comedy is not as broad as the remakes, more understated and sophisticated. If you don't appreciate that type of comedy, then this isn't for you. The song is perfect for the movie and she delivers it perfectly. Very sixties!

Peter Seller's accent is NOT SUPPOSED to be accurate. In fact in some of the later films Herbert Lom (tie lunatic, Dreyfus) takes him to task for pronouncing "monkey" as "minkey". It's a COMEDY, for heaven's sake! Lighten up!

I was also looking for the song, thank you, but now that I finally found it I have to say: what a TERRIBLE italian accent! It is simply terrible, she did no effort to improve it, she pronounces evry L and E as in English. I won't look forward to seeing the whole film.
