:D I had this a couple times, it tasted awsome and the ice cream in the middle is still nice a cool, normally this dish is served with chocolate moose or melted chocolate, the inside has chocolate as well :D and the shell of the whole ice cream taste like Chocolate flavored waffle cones :D

when i had fried ice cream, it was a big vanilla ball with pineapple in the center and was put straight into a 600 degree fryer for like 15 secs under the oil. Fries the outside so fast that theres almost no melted ice cream and a crisp shell.
