Well c'mon whats the guy gotta do to do a double jump in mid air. In order to perform a double jump the scout has to whip his legs so that they approach the speed of sound. The second jump is merely the product of a sonic boom exploding under the scouts' feet. This is why the scouts leg whips wildly around him and even bending the opposite direction sometimes. How can he do this? After many years of running the muscles in his legs have developed considerably allowing him to perform this feat.

Instead of taking Crazy Legs away, they should have added a slight *BANG* when he double-jumps.
Fits the super-powered sonic boom that is needed to force his body upwards.
Instead, Valve thinks the "Shoving Air" animation is better.
