Chamorro was spotted by a police officer (Narvaez) behaving suspiciously near the scene of the crime. Although he confessed to the crime, Chamorro never took the stand in the trial and never made any sworn or signed testimony. During the trial the prosecution didn't offer any evidence to connect Volz with Chamorro.

But Lopez-Danglas was given full immunity in exchange for his testimony against Eric. A scratch on a shoulder by itself is not evidence of murder. Eric had several credible witnesses around him in Managua at the time of the murder. If you have any facts or evidence to add, please do. Chamorro pointed to Eric to try to get himself off the hook. Where is the evidence of Eric being there? I have had that exact same type of bruising from carrying heavy loads on my shoulder. Primary evidence has been ignored and hearsay has ruled in this court.

Chamorro also said Armando Llanes did it, apparently that was Doris' current boyfriend who was also charged with the crime. All charges against Llanes were dropped, which makes Chamorros confession/accusations about worthless.

Can not make this judgement based on the fact that you went to school with him. He prepared a series of alibis, meetings, haircut, car rental, MSN conversations all to show that he was in Managua. You forgot to mention Lopez-Danglas. The known criminal who is the ONLY person who claims to have seen Eric at the crime scene. He had scratches all over his body as well as injuries to his penis. Don't you think he's guilty too? But no, he got full immunity for conveniently saying he saw Eric do it.

He rented a car that his assistant rented but his signature was on the document-but the agent testified he never saw this loser. Managua to San Jaun is 1.5 hours not 2.5 hours. He also said that he needed a fast car to pass traffic but there is no traffic on this road. Now they are putting the country and system on trial.

I can believe 1.5 hours if someone was driving fast but he didn't get the rental car until hours after the murder so it doesn't matter. Whether Eric was the person that met the rental car agent is also irrelevant, several witnesses were with Eric in Managua the entire day. It has nothing to do with the country, but the judge in that particular courtroom disregarded exculpatory evidence. Same thing happens here in the US sometimes. Either way it's an injustice.

If you can read the the court transcripts and the newspaper articles you can see what really happened. Bot sources match, there was no discrepancies on Nicaraguan articles. Chamorro turned on Volz and so did Dangla. Why did Dangla go free because he only helped stake out the place and Volz & Chamorro actually commited the crime. There is a guy Kevin Ross that dissapeared, all people have pointed at Volz as the mastermind. Don't forget several deaths threats out of jealosy

i drove that road a couple months ago and you're 100% wrong. its three hours. the road is bumpy, parts of it are filled with potholes, and it goes through a bunch of towns, so whether or not there's "traffic" you have to go slow in a lot of places. you're an idiot. you think a snapshot of a few scratches is proof of murder? you know nothing.
