Are the green buses taxis or public transportation?

@sanddollarscholar yes,they are called angkot and i hate them a lot,they often stop in the middle of the road,blocking the cars behind it and makes traffic jam to catch up some customers,they dont have something like bus stops,i hope theyre doomed
