Coaster usually sends their units for overhauls in Altoona such as 2103 and 2105 but i have never heard of it in seattle

Not only have I never seen a Coaster Locomotive in Tehachapi, but I've also never seen an H1 Dash 9 with H2 lettering! Nice catch!
