This guy is lying in this video, as he lied today in front of the Democratic Committee on Marcellus Drilling at Wilkes-University today. Then, he and Michael Love, vice president of government affairs, UGI ducked out right as the scientists began their testimony. As to why do so many former DEP people work for Chief? Well, the same reason that other regulatory officers in other states do. They lure them with money and put industry reps in agencies like the DEP.
