This is most likely a homeless, starving (would explain his VERY thin appearance and body structure) person living in the woods where he can find a shelter and maybe some food. It's not only pathetic, gullible and stupid to think that this was some kind of spirit, it's cruel. Did you see the reaction of the so called "jinn"?
