Thank you. I'd like to share with you that the reason I put them on my wrists (my star tattoos) is because I would never cut over a tattoo and it would prevent me from cutting that area and also remind me why I don't want to cut/scratch anymore. I hope that one day I can channel this kind of MENTALITY towards bulimia nervosa as that is what I struggle the hardest with addictive behavior wise... Anyhow, many people get tatts to cover stars, I hope you find what fits best for you!

You are not the first to ask. I was requested long ago to make a video on this but haven't yet. Yes, I use to cut. I was never a deep cutter. I was what I call a "cat scratcher" I would scratch up my arms like a cat scratching post. It never really did it, like the numbness I get with bingeing and purging or the high of starvationg but seeing the cuts and the blood (I want to be careful how I word things to avoid tempatation/trigger for other cutters) did enough to keep me doing it. set of tattos, the stars on my wrist, were done for cutting recovery purposes. I had stopped. When my Dad died though, shortly after, I cut after his funeral and that week - it was a small relapse. Since then I randomly had a bout or two slip with cutting - on the thighs and body image related. I think the last time I cut was a solid 2 years ago, maybe even 2 1/2 years ago and it was a small thigh "slip" not relapse. My "drug of choice" is food - is bingeing and purging - hope that helps answer

It will be a surprise LOL Actually, I'm on a break from tattooing as next week they are closed so I can't get inked for another 2 weeks which will be the Friday after next. I am running out of ideas for my small ones are a lot of my ideas are big or more complicated pieces that he is not able to do right now and I'm working with him at the moment... I have a few things in mind but have to see if he can do them and their placement, etc.

He is my ex, others would of operated differently - trust me. He knows me well though and we have decided it's best to draw them out all as they will be places instead of TRACEY each one while I am there. I have been there 4 hours total each tattoo for all 3 recent tattoos. He is an apprentice right now and learning as he goes along. I trust him because I know he's a great artist. thank you love, the only reason i got a rose is because in the middle of her leotard there is a little rose so it draws the peice together. i aslo went very ocd and it took almost 1 full l hour just to place the tattoo, it was really ridiculous to be honest. he had to keep drawing, taking off, tracing, replacing, taking off, the cycle. lol omg her symetry is very close to the fairy piece on my left ankle though so that was more imporant... dreams of pretty ballet floating from her head!

im in bed now on my laptop making sure this uploaded properly - how sweet of you - wed i was housebound and canceled the tattoo but today i was feeling a lot better physically due to all the natural healing i did the last few days... im talking immune herbs, hella raw garlic, super foods, healing spices, fresh juice blends, coconut water = THE WORKS. easiest and fastet most natural way to heal. it's my mood that is bothering me, this month has been crazy busy. work is going very well though!
