@snake0076969true I dont't think they make IWs anymore. I had to settle for the Power Perfect IIs. Got it off Amazon. My advice is get 1/2 a shoe size higher than your normal one for the power perfect II.

@tli1001 Broz'll tell ya squat daily usually to a heavy single then drop to 70 - 80% of that single and do back off sets. Doubles and triples, check google there's a forum thread somewhere where he answered most of these questions.
I can weight 77 kg and can only squat 130 kg. Should I be wating with the lifts until I'm stronger? What method is the best way to raise your squat fast as possible.
