  • @jaycuda12, you might have too much weight on your toes. I usually try to see if i can keep my toes a little off the ground when i get into startin postion. Just a suggestion.

  • broz im 12 days into doing your routine. i feel like absolute shit. all weights are down and my knees are sore. do i continue with the same volume or should i increase it? i guess this is the "dark times" as you call it.

  • I saw on your websites Q&A that you recommend kneeling on a hard surface for 10-15 minutes every day to help with knee pain. I have always been told otherwise, actually asked my doctor couple days ago and he told me that, kneeling on a hardsurface was bad and often caused inflammation in the knee.

    Also, BEAST C&J, the jerk looked so light!

  • @snake0076969true I dont't think they make IWs anymore. I had to settle for the Power Perfect IIs. Got it off Amazon. My advice is get 1/2 a shoe size higher than your normal one for the power perfect II.

  • @tli1001 Broz'll tell ya squat daily usually to a heavy single then drop to 70 - 80% of that single and do back off sets. Doubles and triples, check google there's a forum thread somewhere where he answered most of these questions.
