@Barendsen2 he did too talk, just not that often. he was originally played off as the step-son of the Red Skull. thats why this Chameleon has a German accent

@goldenthoth Who knows? Maybe the guys who were in charge decided Ultimate Spidey would attract more viewers than this. Maybe they simply weren't getting high enough ratings. Who knows why they simply cancel great shows like this, especially with such cliff hangers. Rodney Kingsley never became the HobGoblin, Morris Bench never became Hydro-Man, and we KNOW Norman is alive, but don't know anything about that. And finally, we don't know Harry's reaction to Norman's "death."
