Sounds like some pulley rattling. Reminds me of that defective timing belt tensioner in my own car, that made a sound similar to this.

sounds like air is escaping through some valve also your drive belt sounds a little chattery and the pulley sounds loose or worn

well first of all its a V-6. count the intake ports. and if you think its the heads then smell/cheak the exhaust for white/blueish smoke or cheak your oil after running for a few min and if it looks like a milkshake then thats a sign or if theres bubbles in your radator or resivor tank.
