@greatness1975 Thanks for your reply! i have another question, is it okay if i do a modified version of this where i get my hands closer to each other (like when we do close grip pushups) and then i move forward with my hands close to each other and my body low to the ground. is it gonna give me any benefits?
You can do it with your hands closer. This will will help you in the previous mentioned arears and will help with your balance also.
