  • You can do it with your hands closer. This will will help you in the previous mentioned arears and will help with your balance also.

  • @greatness1975 Thanks for your reply! i have another question, is it okay if i do a modified version of this where i get my hands closer to each other (like when we do close grip pushups) and then i move forward with my hands close to each other and my body low to the ground. is it gonna give me any benefits?
