The skill in poker is about the long run, luck is about short run. for example, ivey could lose to a complete amateur in one heads up match, but ivey would definitely profit if they kept on playing
lol dude they played for 6 hours heads ups. lots of ups and downs for both players. after loosing most of his chips stazko didn't had much to do at this spot. it's either all-in or fold. cause heinz would raize anything. the only reason why Heinz called - is because he waked-up if AK. great heads up match.
NO sir Poker is 40% skills 40% luck and 20% balls... The element of luck is much more than you imagine... You need to play more hands to realize that...
@debt350 love ur analysis of the game although everyone has thr own opinion&some will disagree with u.i will agree with u about the luck factor.it almost seems as if u have to be behind in the hand to win these days.maybe its all the donkeys i play with/maybe im on a bad run or have bad luck but fuckn A man sick of the beats! for example some guy raises i just smooth call with AK clubs i put him on queens ace on the flop he c-bets i push he calls with kings spikes a king on turn1outer.lol joke
4 straight WSOP winners were in the early 20s. I guess that tells you all you need to know about poker. Experience means little to nothing in the long run. Once you figure out the game, luck is a HUGE factor and skill is only a small element.
@4thandinches I bet you think online poker is rigged too. Skill is a HUGE element of poker. Poker is about 90% skill, 9% pure balls, and 1% luck. If you think poker is about luck, you need to learn a lot more.
@retribution1979 No, you need to learn a lot more if you think poker is mostly skill. If that was the case, a lot of former final tablers would almost be a shoe in to return to the money. Once you acquire a certain poker skill level, it basically becomes like winning the lottery.
hahaha... yea right you could be the best one there and your chance of making final table is still crap... gotta have luck but if you truly stand out you'll make more in the long run
@CliftonPeru damn late i watched it till 1 o clock et and at that time staszko had the lead with 120 m chips....think they played till about 1.30-2 idk for sure sorry...

Why do you go all in on 10, 7 suited? Did he not have many blinds left to be picky?
joeskis 3 months ago
@joeskis The blinds were something like 1200000/2400000, so no he had like 16bbs
ImTheBowser 3 months ago
@joeskis
yeah he had to double up quickly. heinz had a significant chip lead. heinz had like 166 million to staszkos 37mill

@4thandinches what a big fat load of bs. most young internet players have more expierence (played more hands) than any pure live player anyway
