Actually they are the marines the ones that go down and use the rope , delta force was the ones with kilo 117 from the movie and rangers came from the roof and regrouped with kilo 117

@JDCredible rangers were never inserted onto rooftops... they all roped in around the target building to hold a perimeter for delta. and there were also no marines present during the raid. it was all delta ranger and 10th mountain for ground troops and 160th SOAR for the helicopters.
