  • I have done this for 3 days now. I find that i don't want to do it before I start. and then during the kriya i actually experience some negative emotions very intensely. then i continue the 8 breaths in. Is this letting me experience them so i can let them go or is my ego trying to disrupt the practice?? thanks Dr. HarHari. i really appreciate all your videos

  • I don't know you never done something like that, I have very strong hands and that was hard to do for my hands. Have done yoga just not this. Interesting!

  • I definitely believe in yoga and breath as a deeply therapeutic companion for life. This seems promising to me. Thanks. I enjoy your approach. Although, psychotherapy methods (there are so many!) also consistently prove successful in the treatment of these types of issues and I do not think should be labeled as "crazy." Psychotherapy which also is a painful journey for those with a history of trauma really, really helped me to manage anxiety and chronic fear.

    Be open minded.

  • Thankyou for this vid..i tried it for the 1st time today..but i am a little concerned though...as soon as i was done with this excercise i started cramping..and the next thing u know...my periods start...is that normal..i mean i understand kundalini has to do with the sacral chakra..but is this normal.

  • Do this when your not on your cycle. The pumping of the navel through breath of fire or rapid breathing will activate your blood flow.

  • heyy... but he says we have to do it for 41 days continuously....theycycle starts way before that...so is it ok to quit for those seven days and get started once i'm thru wid them..

  • 40 days is the minimum to create change if your in some deep trauma. 90 days will affirm the change. 120 days will become your new habit. 1000 days will change you forever. You can cut down on days dependent on how much trauma to release. If your going right through your cycle,then substitute breath of fire with long deep rhythmic breaths. Stop if you need to, but get back into it asap. :o)
