This looks like a war between Dictator and barbaric countries like China, Zimbawia and Democratic, or prodemocratic countries with civilised societies such as Switzerland, Slovenia etc.

But China has already good connection with most of the dictator countreis around world. That means they support China in UN HRC. It seems like UNHRC is being converted to a toothles council.
