I'm not even going to read through all the stupid comments to see if someone else has posted what anybody with any experience in performance driving knows. DRIFTING IS NOT THE FASTEST WAY THROUGH A CORNER. So, the cop drifting a corner to catch a drifter would actually be slower than just properly driving through a corner and pulling him over. They should be practicing proper driving techniques, not drifting, its just for fun/show.

Skylines have Inline6's. Easy to make a skyline fast but have you seen the power curve on a fast skyline? Friends between 3500rpm - 4500rpm has a huge power increase where the turbo spools. As such not really a great street able car. Blown stang or GTO would be as quick but with a much more linear delivery. And very little between them in the 1/4 driver abilities.
