@luckyali2006 I'm the youngest of all, I have 2 elder brothers and they are perfectly fine. I understand from my mother that before I was born, my mum actually had an abortion prior to me.

I am a survivor of this. Now I carry the scar in which it reminds me of the day I made it out alive from surgery at 8 days old. I don't wish this for any baby, but unfortunately even nature makes errors.

I'm in tears, this is beautiful. It breaks my heart. I am currently 5 months pregnant, carrying a boy who was diagnosed with diaphragmatic hernia and spina bifida. I've never been so scared in my life. I feel for you and pray for you and others who have gone through this.

i can't stop from crying, my daughter had the same problem (cdh). she stayed with me for 1 month, but i have to let her go to let her fly. (11-23-99 12-26-99)

my niece was born Nov 2 with the same problem, the doctors say she can go home in 3 weeks that shes doing good. Im scared because I have seen so many cases like this. Im sorry about your lil boy.

oh god!!......i haven't heard of people having another child with cdh before is this rare?.....how sad!!....i have a girl whos 4years old with right sided cdh she doing well....... scares me to think if a had another child it might be born with cdh again!...had a hard time at the begining with my girl ECMO..... 8 ops....and 11 mouth old b4 she came home don't know if i could do that all again!!..xxx

I Know How You Feel My Mum Sadly Passed Away and i was only 1o then 2 years later My Aunty Fell Pregnant with my little cousin who i call My Brother When he Was born the doctors said he had cdh and we were all devistated and he live for 3 days we miss him soo soooooo much and we no he is with my Mummy Looking down on uss xxxxxxxxx take care and i no your little boy will be looking down on use and your family thanking yous xxx

I can't tell you how moved I am from both you & Shane. I pray that you get the best of this world, and the hereafter. Just having seen the joy and expressions on both his face and yours is breathtaking! Shane was a beautiful child, and the love you showed him is second to none.
