Good Job on the BR. Just a heads up though when you moved that dark rider right beside the spider riders I think that was illegal. I'm fairly certain models have to be at least an inch away from enemy models and I don't think that was an inch. All in all a good report but try not to "fudge" moves, we all make mistakes so it doesnt bother me much but it did take up quite a bit of video.

P.S. (dunno if someone else pointed this out) but light armor, shield AND hand weapon! which orcs have, gives 4+ save

@SamuraiJordan Its been a while since i last played but if i remember right then shield + hand weapon does give the extra armor save but only in close combat, so against shooting & magic (as was the case with the chill wind spell) it doesn't come into play.

Stick to 40k, and playing against 12 year olds. The amount of times you 'fudged' your movements, even when my friends do it, they get one maybe two repositions if they are lucky, and what the hell was that, 'oh im within 8 now? well ill just inch him back and hope you dont notice. Im one of those players that likes to imagine it all happening, so when horse riders are running back and forth whilst everyone waits, just ruins it. btw around a 1/4 of this video was you moving that damn unit.

LOL u just had like 4 turns with the lone dark rider to trigger fanatics.. Im not saying its unfair just well immature :P lols ur supposed to take into consideration all the rules then make ur move!! :P I meen the 'fudge' thats fair enough but after you constantly reposition lone model to get the max from what was a sacrificial unit after ur buddy is tellin u the rules.. Just felt a little rude to me thats all :)

You can't decide on a move, then change your mind after finding out it doesn't work to your advantage the way you expected.

You declare the move, you move, then you find out what happens. If it isn't to your liking then too bad.

Otherwise an interesting battle report.

I think its wrong that you can put em 8 inch from the goblins.. you are not allowed to mesure anything besides your own units movment when you move.. not like you are allowed to check if you are in range for stuff and then try to do it ?

For example you say " i charge that unit with these" then you mesure if its corret.. or you move you units and then you check if anyone is in range for fanatics.. then before..

Just my 2 cents.. looked lame imo :D but good movie besides that

Im almost certain this kind of battle report is done for new players but i belive that one of the basic rules is the movement. Measurement is vital after declaring movement. I like these videos.

Hi! I noticed some incorrect movement when the charriot was making its move. I belive you have to sacrifice a certain ammount of movement to pivot any distance. I think its a 1/4 movement. Secondly I probably missed the part but i think boars need to roll for stupidity.

Actually, your only half correct, but in this situation, your wrong, as Chariots are able to pivot free.

Foot of Gork... I had that spell used on me twice using Wood Elves. First time, wiped out essentially half of my Glade Guard unit, and then he got bored. He used it again, and he stomped out 2 of my cavalry. Then (yes!), he slipped and I chose to have him fall on his shaman and caused about three wounds, taking him out. He was pissed off to say the least.

I got to cast Foot Of Gork because of my friend's miscast result. I chose to cast it on his general and that way killed his general in the first round of the game! Hahhah, I SO enjoyed that moment.

If it was foot of gork then he shouldn't have slipped or carried on. Gork's warpath has that effect, foot of gork does just D6 S6.

If you mean splitting the guys up, no you can't. If there are characters in the unit they can enter or leave units but the unit has to remain together.

Nice armies guys. i have always loved orcs and Gobolins but i never could be effectiv with them. I ended upi quiting them for Orges then quiting orges for Warriors of CHaos and I do have to say WoC are sooooo goood.
